APClips Stands with Pineapple Support for World Mental Health Day

Spread the love

October 10th is World Mental Health Day.

APClips is reaffirming its commitment to the well-being of our community by standing with Pineapple Support, an organization dedicated to providing mental health resources for adult industry professionals.

Mental health is an ongoing challenge in the adult industry, where stigma and isolation can weigh heavily on those working behind the scenes. According to a survey by Pineapple Support, 50% of adult industry professionals are currently facing mental health struggles, and 60% have experienced feelings of stigma or isolation due to their work.

At APClips, we understand how essential it is to break this cycle of silence. We’ve always believed that taking care of our mental health is just as important as physical wellbeing. That’s why we support initiatives like Pineapple Support, which offers free and low-cost therapy to adult industry workers in need.

We also recognize that the lack of mental health resources is a serious issue, with 43% of professionals feeling there isn’t enough support. As a truly indie platform created for creators by creators, we are committed to creating a space where our creators can not only thrive but also feel supported in their mental health journey. We want everyone in our community to know they are not alone.

We encourage conversations about mental health, reducing stigma, and making it easier for creators to access care. Whether you’re struggling with your mental health or know someone who is, Pineapple Support is there to help, and so is our APClips community.

Let’s continue to build a supportive and compassionate space where creators feel safe, understood, and empowered to seek help whenever they need it.
