Hi Ashley! How’d you get into creating adult content?
I’ve always had an online exhibitionist side of myself. When I was 18-19, I posted nudes online just for the fun of it. I had a lot of people reach out asking if I sold content, and in 2017, when I was 20, I decided to start selling. I started out with just a Snapchat, then I began creating custom videos and photos, and here I am today! It’s still hard to believe sometimes that my secret little hobby turned into a career, but I’m so grateful that my life has worked out the way it has.
What’s your favorite content that you’ve shot?
Filming girl/girl content is often a lot of fun. We have so many bloopers and funny moments during filming. I’ve also enjoyed filming boy/girl in the past. I would say that I enjoy filming in general, because I know that someone else will be REALLY enjoying it 😉
If you make customs, what’s the weird request you’ve received and did you shoot it?
I’m torn between two. One was a windup doll video, where the buyer wanted me to walk like a stiff doll with a kissy face, making kissy noises, and walk in straight lines until I bumped into a wall, then turn around and walk in a different direction. Like a roomba. For 10 minutes straight. The second one was a video of me masturbating while blowing up balloons. I did do both videos! But I would say those two are probably the most unique requests I’ve gotten.
What do you like about using AP Clips as a platform?
I love that the platform is nicely organized and easy to navigate. The payout is also higher than some other clip sites, which is always a plus. It’s also really nice that when you’re uploading a video, if the upload gets interrupted, you can pick right back up instead of starting over.
What are five words to describe your brand?
Friendly, approachable, flexible, natural, sexy
Has your brand evolved since you started? If so, how?
I would say yes. When I first started, I didn’t really know how to talk dirty so most of my videos are pretty light on the dialogue. I’ve since learned all kinds of dirty talk for many different kinks and fetishes. I also invested in better filming equipment. My videos in my first year were all filmed using a webcam, and my video quality has improved a lot since I switched to using actual cameras!
What’s your trick to balancing your daily life?
Honestly, I don’t try very hard to have a work-life balance lol. I’m the type of person who hates having notifications, so I answer messages as fast as I can just to get rid of the little icons, even if it’s 1am and I’m getting ready for bed. It definitely is hard to disconnect when we have everything on our phones and take our phones everywhere.
What are your go-to TV shows to binge watch?
I love Game of Thrones and House of the Dragon, Barry, The Boys, Bridgerton, Breaking Bad, Grey’s Anatomy, and Friends. I also really enjoy watching animal documentaries!
What’s a meme you’d use to describe yourself?
Do you have any advice for creators who are just starting?
Be consistent; success rarely happens overnight. Take the proper precautions to protect your identity, like turning off geotagging on photos and privatizing your personal social media pages. Good lighting is more important than a good camera. Network with other creators on social media.
