What’s inspiring your creativity these days?
It may sound silly, but lately I feel like my creativity is really inspired by the me of the past. Seeing my old content over the years and seeing the drive that I had to make kinky content really inspired me when I was feeling super down about myself. I went through a little phase last year where I was just really doubting myself in almost every aspect of my life and felt like I couldn’t ever be that passionate creator again because I was so depressed about things in my personal life. I started rewatching old videos of myself from when I was feeling my most confident and watching myself made me smile again to see how much my work makes me happy. I wanted to be her again and revisiting my old content just reminded me how much I love creating kinky content and expressing myself through creating.
When fans describe your energy or presence, what do you hope they’re picking up on?
When fans are describing my energy I hope they’re picking up on my playful side! I always love having fun with my content and just being as natural as I can. I’m definitely a very playful person. I don’t like to take things too seriously and like just having a good time and I hope that shows in my content and energy.
What’s a recent milestone or moment that made you feel proud of your growth as a creator?
I actually very recently celebrated my 10 year anniversary as an adult content creator. It’s crazy to think I’ve been doing this for so long now. It’s truly become part of who I am and my story. Before I found adult content creation, I was constantly bouncing between dead end jobs that I had no love or passion for. I honestly never stuck with any job for more than 90 days until I found adult work. It’s such a milestone for me to have found something that I love enough to do for 10 entire years!
If you could collaborate with any creator, who would it be and why?
I have always been a huge fan of Cattie Candescent! Ever since I entered the adult content world back in the day on tumblr I was always so inspired by her work! I’ve always adored her style and aesthetic and her content was a huge part of what inspired me to become a creator! I highly recommend by the way! She’s so incredibly talented and kind.
What do you like about using APClips as a platform?
The freedom is a major part of why I love APClips! There’s been a lot going on with other platforms lately that make me feel unsafe having my content with them, but APClips has been my safe haven. The higher percentages are also a huge plus and I love how support is always quick to help me with anything that I need.
What’s a behind-the-scenes habit or ritual you have before shooting?
I actually didn’t even really realize this until you asked but while I’m getting my hair and makeup ready for filming, I always listen to the same YouTube channel, Mr. Nightmare. I guess scary/creepy stories help me relax and clear my head so that I can prepare to create. Oh and my Hitachi is my go-to pre-game tool to really get me in the mood.
Looking back at your catalog, what’s a theme or aesthetic that became a signature you didn’t anticipate?
Buttcrack content! Back when I was getting started creating I was accepting basically any custom that was requested. I made a few buttcrack videos and they ended up really popping off and really become one of my signatures before I started diving into more taboo themes.
Is there a tool, toy, or piece of gear that’s become unexpectedly essential to your workflow?
I cannot live without my Hitachi vibrator! I initially purchased it just to film videos with but now it’s totally essential for getting me in the kinky vibes that I need to film my content. If I’m having a hard time getting in a sexy headspace I just turn it on and relax and I’m ready to make filth in no time!! Literally NO TIME!
How do you decide which ideas become clips for you?
I actually very rarely get to film my own ideas because I spend the majority of my time working on custom videos, so for an idea of my own to actually be a worthy idea to film it has to be something that I’m just super confident that my fans will enjoy.
What’s something you’re excited to explore or experiment with in your content next year?
Next year I’d really love to do more cosplay content. I’ve always sorta avoided it because the ones who specialize in it just go above and beyond and I’m a bit intimidated by that, but I want to dabble in it more just to explore my own creative nerdy side even if it might not be near the quality that other cosplayers can produce. I just want to do it for fun for myself really.
You’ve been consistently topping the charts — what do you think keeps fans coming back?
I think my fans have just come to expect super taboo and filthy content themes from me and they always want to see what wild scenario I’ve put out this time! I keep them on their toes and that keeps them coming back for more! At least I think that’s what it is haha!
Your aesthetic and style are really distinct — what inspires your creative direction?
My aesthetic is still very much early 2000s emo! It doesn’t matter how old I get, I can’t escape that style. It’s not just a phase mom!
How do you take care of yourself creatively when the internet feels overwhelming?
I occasionally like to doodle on my iPad when I need to express myself creatively while avoiding the internet. I’m not very good but it’s still really fun to see what I can come up with when I’m feeling that creative itch and I’m not playing Skyrim for the 100th time.
What’s a trend, change, or shift in the adult industry you’d love to see in the next few years?
Lately there has been such a push to get rid of and regulate taboo content and that’s so scary, especially for those of us that specialize in the taboo niches. I’d absolutely love for the old days of freedom of expression in adult content to come back without worrying that it’s going to get banned. I truly just hope that all of us who enjoy the more taboo side of things will still be able to enjoy creating and consuming what we love most.
If you could give one piece of advice to other creators looking to reach your level of success, what would it be?
My advice for other creators is just keep creating. Keep making content that you’re proud of and just stay consistent. I honestly feel like being consistent and staying active is the best way to be successful in this industry. You have to stay present and make sure you’re still showing up on your fans’ timelines.
